One of the things I like to do is to look at the responses of very smart people to stupid people who think they are smart or who think they know more then everybody else. That is why I love things like Michael Fuemento's hate mail. That way I can learn how to be smart and how not be stupid at the same time. I know that sounds stupid, but I think being smart and not being stupid are not quite the same thing.

Anyway, I was perusing the comments of the Screw Loose Change blog when I read a comment from a usually intelligent poster who said something I just had to respond to. The commenter named Shawn was responding to a rabid anti-Semite and 911 conspiracy lunatic calling himself nesync labeled nesync as being on the "far right" of the political spectrum. Sorry Shawn, but anti-Semitism and 911 nuttiness like that comes from the "progressive" left, not the right. In fact, nearly the only place you see 911 conspiracy nuts and anti-Semites is in liberal bastions like San Francisco or Collage campuses. And don't forget that the leaders of the 911 "truth" movement are collage professors- not usually a conservative bunch.

Edit: BTW the comment above was in the discussion of this Screw Loose Change post.
